Highland Renewal believe that promoting an understanding and awareness of the environment through education is an important way to secure out natural heritage both today and in the future.
We have promoted a number of small projects in the last 15 years such as sponsoring enviromentally based projects in local schools and hope to continue and grow this area of our activities in the future.
In 2003, in association with Argyll Green Woodworkers, we held a week of wood and woodland related events on the Ross of Mull aimed at furthering the importance of native woodlands.
